TodayTodo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TodayTodo mobile app, website, backend sync services, exports, notifications, and MCP features.

Agreement

By using TodayTodo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

TodayTodo is a productivity app for defining tasks by time, planning work across different time frames, setting reminders, reviewing unfinished work, using timers and Pomodoro sessions, exporting task data, optionally syncing data, and optionally connecting external tools through MCP.

Accounts and Your Content

Some features require an account, including sync, account deletion, and MCP connections.

Your tasks, notes, subtasks, reminders, tags, epics, schedules, targets, progress values, time logs, review data, Pomodoro profiles, settings, and other information you enter into TodayTodo remain your content.

You grant TodayTodo permission to process your content only as needed to provide the app, operate optional sync, provide support, maintain security, process deletion requests, generate exports, and provide features you choose to use, including MCP connections.

Local Data, Sync, Export, and Backup

TodayTodo stores app data locally on your device. If you enable sync, data may also be stored remotely and synchronized across devices. Exports are controlled by you after they are created.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, deletion, sync conflicts, account issues, service interruption, software bugs, or user action.

MCP Connections and External Services

TodayTodo may support API-key based and OAuth-style MCP connections. You control which MCP connections you create, approve, deny, or delete.

MCP connections can allow external tools to access or modify TodayTodo data depending on the connection and actions you approve. External services, MCP clients, AI tools, and other integrations are not controlled by TodayTodo.

Notifications and App Store

Notifications are provided for convenience and may not always arrive on time. You should not rely on TodayTodo for emergency or safety-critical reminders.

If you downloaded TodayTodo from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms also apply.

Data Deletion and Privacy

TodayTodo may provide options to reset device data, delete remote app data, request account deletion, immediately delete an account after a pending deletion request, and cancel a pending account deletion request.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TodayTodo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, TodayTodo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, failed reminders, failed sync, failed exports, MCP actions, or other losses related to your use of the app.
